Systems QA to PM

Three weeks ago,my team lead invites me for a talk. I never had a slightest idea that this talk will change my work routine. I have been comfortable and good in QA team, been here for a year and so far, I don't have problems with my tasks,with my schedule,with my workmates.
But on that day, our team lead informs me that the current Project Manager will be moving to another country and only had 1 month left in the company, and I will be taking her place. Surprised. Shocked. Flattered. Afraid. This is how I feel the moment I heared this news. I only got one month for training and I need to know everything about project management..
I always believed that everything can be learned so I tried very hard to get myself in with PM. But I don't know, the last three weeks of work had been hard to me. I understand that this is natural,I'm still adopting and learning on this new task and it's NOT easy! There are times when I look the the list of tasks I needed to do and God, I just wanna cry.
Been working overtime these last few days, call meeting with NY boss, follow up project status, setting deadlines, manage Developers' tasks, and my head's gonna burst! I don't know, maybe I am just forcing to know and do everything fast,or are they expecting too much from me? All I know is that this new task is eating me up and I even dream about it at night!
Project Management, you are tough but I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Badly need You on this one Lord. Without your strength, I don't think I can survive.
